3Once terms are agreed upon, you send whatever records already exist — as-builts, hand-drawn sketches, spreadsheets, etc. Incomplete or disorganized records are normal; organizing them is the job.
4Everything is digitized and organized, then built into a working draft of your interactive web viewer for you to review.
5You identify what to add, remove, or change, and the draft is updated accordingly.
6After you approve the draft and the project fee is settled, the site goes live along with the ability to export your data. From there, you and anyone you grant access to can add photos, update status, and manage your own records going forward.
With your system, you can add, delete, move, or modify assets and data. However, future needs — such as an added feature or an entirely new layer of data — are handled as a separately quoted update to your existing site, built as an addition to what's already there. You will never pay to rebuild something you already have.
Yes. Incomplete records are normal. Plats, old as-builts, hand sketches, contractor notes, and photos can all be pieced together, and you review the draft and correct anything that’s off before it goes live.
No. This is a mapping and records service that organizes the information you already have into a usable map. If you need surveyed locations or engineering design, you’ll still want a licensed surveyor or engineering firm.
You decide. Board members, managers, staff, and contractors can be given access, with editing limited to the people you choose.
