FAM maps are reference and asset-management tools. They help you see what you own and where it is, but they are not a substitute for a survey, an engineering drawing or a utility locate.
Maps prepared by Feichtinger Asset Mapping LLC ("FAM"), including the demo maps on this website, are provided for general reference, planning and asset-management purposes only.
Utilities, structures and other features are shown in approximate locations. They are based on information supplied by the owner (records, drawings, notes and staff knowledge) and on free public data, such as county parcel and address data, existing road maps and ground elevation data. Features have not been field-verified, and some may be missing or shown incorrectly.
A FAM map is not a land survey, boundary determination or engineering document. Parcel lines are approximate and are not legal property boundaries. Elevations are approximate. FAM is a mapping and spatial data service, not an engineering or land-surveying practice.
Do not use a FAM map for design, construction, excavation or locating buried facilities.
Before any digging, call 811 or visit digline.com at least 2 and no more than 10 business days before excavation, as required by Idaho law (Idaho Code Title 55, Chapter 22). Outside Idaho, follow your state's 811 requirements.
Maps are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of a map is at the user's own risk.
After delivery, the owner maintains the map. Changes made after delivery are the owner's responsibility.
